REFUND & PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY
This Refund & Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and procedures related to returns, lost packages, and packages damaged in transit for Perfume Engineer ("Perfume Engineer," “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. Please review this Policy carefully before making any purchases.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges:
Perfume Engineer does NOT accept returns of any kind for refunds or exchanges. Once a product has been delivered and opened, it cannot be resold, as we do not offer used items.
Quality Assurance:
We stand behind the quality of our ingredients and craftsmanship. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for scents you dislike.
Reselling Option:
If you wish to resell or swap your item(s) with other fragrance enthusiasts, we recommend joining reputable online fragrance communities or social media groups dedicated to customer-to-customer transactions.
PARTNERSHIPS AND SHIPPING
We partner with easyparcel.com to manage and streamline the shipping of your orders. While easyparcel.com helps ensure efficient and reliable delivery, please note that Perfume Engineer’s policies regarding returns, lost packages, and damaged items remain as stated herein.
DAMAGED ITEMS & MISSING CONTENTS
If products inside the package are damaged but the exterior packaging is intact, please contact us with photographs of the damaged items.
If your package is missing items, please provide:
- Photos of the shipping packaging as received.
- Your original packing slip.
- Photographs of all items received.
Include these attachments and your order number in your initial email for faster resolution.
REPORTING TIMEFRAME
Customers without Route coverage have 7 days from the delivery date to report any issues (damage, missing items, etc.) to be considered for replacement or store credit.
